For the past several years, the U19 teams have been playing against each other in the UEFA Youth League on the Champions League matchday alongside the professionals. So it came to a duel between U19 FC Bayern Munich vs. FC Barcelona on the FC Bayern Campus. Educator Thorsten Heck organized an excursion without further ado. Admission was free and our guys got to see a great game. 3:3 separated the two junior teams in an interesting match. During the Champions League later in the evening, FC Bayern managed to get the upper hand. The players of the professionals know all, the players of the “Next Generation” know our guys now too!
