In the small field area, special emphasis is placed on clean technical execution with a high number of repetitions, and in the large field area, on group tactics. These areas are supplemented by a precise individual analysis, in which ability, mobility, speed as well as athletic skills, are tested.

Wie sieht das Individualtraining aus und welchen Stellenwert hat es in der Ausbildung am DFI?
Das Individualtraining erlaubt dem Deutschen Fußball Internat eine hochgradig individuelle und detaillierte Ausbildung aller Spieler. Hier wird in Kleinstgruppen an den persönlichen Stärken und Schwächen jedes einzelnen Kindes gearbeitet. Dass ein Trainer gezielter, schneller und besser fördern kann, wenn er nur zwei Jungs, anstatt 20 Jungs vor sich hat, liegt auf der Hand. Demnach bildet das Individualtraining das Herzstück des Ausbildungskonzeptes. Hier werden die größten Entwicklungserfolge erzielt, sodass Spieler, die im Vergleich zu anderen in ihrer Altersklasse Aufholbedarf haben, diese Lücke schneller schließen können. Spieler die bereits auf Augenhöhe sind, können sich einen Vorsprung erarbeiten.
