Over the course of its more than 150-year history, TSV 1860 Rosenheim has developed into a traditional and well-established sports club in the city of Rosenheim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, the club boasts over 1,900 members across 12 departments: basketball, fencing, fitness, KISS children\u2019s sports school, athletics, rhythmic gymnastics, swimming, dance, tennis, trend sports, triathlon, and of course football.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The wide range of sports on offer reflects the club\u2019s strong commitment to catering to people of all ages and interests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The football department of TSV 1860 Rosenheim, located as a footballing hub between Salzburg, Munich and Innsbruck, consists of three senior men\u2019s teams as well as 15 youth teams ranging from U10 to U19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The youth program is the very heart of the club. Renowned professional players such as Bastian Schweinsteiger (FC Bayern Munich, Manchester United, German national team, World Cup winner), Florian Heller (FSV Mainz, former Germany youth international), and Julian Weigl (TSV 1860 Munich, Borussia Dortmund, former Germany youth international) all received their football education at TSV 1860 Rosenheim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A competitive senior men\u2019s team that relies on the well-developed talents of the region is a key element of the club\u2019s philosophy and is intended to provide the necessary sporting incentive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
